A whole-home remodel is really several projects running at once: walls come down, systems get rerouted, rooms change purpose, and every trade has to arrive in the right order. That coordination is the work.

A kitchen is the most trade-dense room in a house. Cabinetry, counters, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, flooring, tile and paint all have to land in sequence, and the room has to be out of service for as little time as possible.
